'100 % keep it up'
I have used them for years and never had any problems they are always friendly and helpful. I once had to change a mat only because my customer changed the design of the bathroom after I had purchased the mat so I now needed i different size.
I called them up no problem at all just send the first one back and ordered a another one.
They do a fantastic job keep it up

Flexible Conduit for Floor Sensing Thermostat per Metre
This is so if the probe goes wrong it can be changed in minutes instead of digging up the floor i run it in the wall in 20mm conduit with a swiped bend on the bottom this gives you the right bend in the flexible conduit at the bottom of the wall where it then goes into the floor between the heat mat wires.
Don't forget to seal the end with tape so the levelling compound doesn't get in there also put a peace of tape at the other end on the probe wire at the beginning of the conduit so if you need to change it in the future you can measure the new one and mark with some tape this way you will know when the new probe is in the correct place at the end

DEVIreg Touch Thermostat - Pure White
It can be set up in seconds and is very easy to use, there is a button that takes you to a quick way of doing thing instead of going through the menu which is easy to do anyway.
I don't use any other programmer for the wetrooms that I install.
You can use it as air and floor sensing or just floor which uses a probe in the floor with the programmer outside the bathroom.
