'Faulty thermostat replaced no hassle'
Called with a faulty unit and they dispatched a new one immediately. Installed and working less than 24 hours later.

DEVIreg Touch Thermostat - Pure White
The thermostat is OK and does what it says. Better was the customer service I recwhen the unit went faulty. Called the Element shop and they dispatched a replacement within 24 hours and no hassle. Highly recommend the Element shop, the thermostat is OK.

Reliance 22mm 2 Port Motorised Valve
Good product to replace a failed unit. Couple of points though. First, the new units have plastic components which fail more easily than the old metal ones. Secondly, the old ones had a wire plugged in, not permanently fixed. It’s not difficult wire them in but it’s more fiddly than just plugging in a new unit. Finally, I only wanted to replace the controller, I don’t need the pipe and valve as the existing ones are fine. If I could buy them separately this would be five stars.

Heatmiser neoStat v2 Programmable Thermostat - White
Replacement unit for my Heatmiser system. These work well but I have replaced all the original units after about 7 years as they started to fail.
