Easy set-up and initial experience is it works well controlling the various devices. Slight blip starting up with renaming main hub which led to 2 hubs, so make sure you know the name you want to avoid having to sort this out.

Sophie was efficient very knowledgeable and what a quick service it took a few minutes from advising ordering and despatch and even the courier was picking up with the hour!!!!

Working perfectly and set up was easy
By far the most easy purchase and excellent advice from Sophie and it took her just 16 minutes from discussing then ordering to despatch of the goods and parcelforce picked up just 25 minutes later!!!!
A local supplier had offered to obtain within a week…. So it was an easy decision to buy from Element Shop in Ipswich and the price was cheaper than Amazon, eBay or local suppliers
