'No Second Class Postage!'
Service was excellent, but next day delivery for such a small item an overkill. Please can you offer second hand postage option for smaller items.

The products were exactly what I needed, and a good replica for a very similar brand UFH Manifold. However the next day delivery was more expensive then the item and I would have preferred second class postage for such a tiny item.

'First class service'
First class service.
Heatmiser neoStat v2 Programmable Thermostat - White
Whilst the functionality and appearance of these is great, this one replaced a unit that was only 4 years old. The Neostat ecosystem is very good but these thermostats have an inherent problem with the built in power supply which generates heat. This adversely affects the accuracy of the temperature measurements, so much so that I had to design and make ventilated spacers to go behind them, otherwise they would read several degrees too high. Whilst you can calibrate them, this is not the answer to this design flaw as typically the face plate is warm to touch and in still air rooms, the thermistor built in the unit simply cannot read the room temperature.

Great service first time I had used this company but was very impressed with them.Had to change it’s m which was sorted very quickly and was received the next day . I will be using them again on my next underfloor heating job.

'GREAT SERVICE FROM ELEMENT SHOP'
Great service form the Element Shop but delivery via Parcelforce was pathetic Said they had called twice at my house but no one in which was not correct - they had obviously been to the wrong house Ended up having to have it delivered to a local post office and had to pay £1 for the pleasre !! Parcelforce are useless This is NOT the fault of the Element Shop
