Very happy with this machine. Miles above my previous instantaneous water heater, which was redring. This cost a lot more but it is a lot better

'Good prices, quick (often free) delivery, good website - job done'
Chose them originally because they were the only place I could get the item at a reasonable price but was pleasantly surprised. Website is clean and easy to navigate. Good communication throughout the buying process, free delivery and you can claim a full refund if things go awry.
