Heatmiser neoHub Neo System Gateway G2
Just moved into a new home and this hub is a game changer for controlling all the thermostats for the heating and hot water. Really easy to connect and set up. You can then connect to the hub via an app on your phone and apply profiles to all the thermostats or zones. The hub arrived the day after ordering, great service from Element shop and a good bit cheaper too.

Element Dhop had the Danfoss controller that we wanted in stock and at the best price that we could find in the UK.
Free next working day delivery was included and the seller dispatched the item on the day of purchase. Unfortunately it took two days to arrive, due to it getting stuck at a Parcel Force distribution centre for 24 hours. This was not the fault of the seller - it was entirely down to the carrier...
I would use Element Shop again without reservation!

Conection required me to download the app “Heatmiser Neo” plug in power and network cable, registration was easy, I then went around the house adding the thermostat, you can name them as well so you know where they all are, once complete setting program and temp was a doddle.

Stiebel Eltron DCE-X 10/12 Premium - 238159 (Single Phase) Instantaneous Water Heater 4i Technology
I have fitted more than 10 of these in the last 2+ years, only had a problem once & tech support guided us to the solution very quickly & it was a very easy fix, all other installations are being used regularly with no problems. all of the installations are feeding a kitchen sink, wash hand basin & a thermostatic shower with waterfall head & it copes no problem & the temperature is no where near maximum setting. This is a very good product. I can't comment on lifespan yet but at the comparatively low price if we get 8 to ten years out of the heater we have done well, all properties that these are installed in remain in our ownership. I have purchased another 2 this week to be installed as soon as. Absolutely brilliant product.
