'Competitive price, prompt delivery - excellent service'
Bought the product online.
It was easy to find the right product and add it to the basket. The price was very competitive, and the product was delivered, as promised, two days later - excellent. The only small gripe was that the payment process was less straightforward.
Initially only PayPal was offered but I don't have a PayPal account, and don't want one so tried to pay as a "guest". But that failed, at which point I was taken back to the order page which offered ApplePay as an alternative. Why not offer ApplePay (or other options) up front?

Item arrived speedily as notified. The neoHub is easy to set up. I already had three neostat ufh controllers which I had manually controlled. Slightly annoyingly, when I connected the Hub, the neostats seemed to lose their programming, so I had to re-program them, Maybe that was something I had done wrongly.

Heatmiser neoStat v2 Programmable Thermostat - White
Have used these for 10 years but the original ones have started to die, so have just replaced them all. The system has improved no end since its early days and although it still has a few relatively minor issues, in my opinion is still the best and most extensive on the market.
