Heatmiser Slimline Wireless RF Thermostat v3
An excellent addition to the Heatmiser control centre and actuators fitted to an existing oil/radiator heating system. Time-based temperature profile control for individual rooms makes for a very comfortable environment, in addition to energy savings. A number of these thermostats have already been in use for over a year without issue. Highly recommened.

'Good company, not a good thermostat'

Only low stars as this doesn't seem to be a good thermostat. The company I bought from I cannot fault but I moved into my house in September 2022, new build house (sort of, a pub conversion). 2 thermostats, both Heatmiser V2, one in main bedroom to operate floor 1 and floor 2 and one in the lounge to operate downstairs. One in main bedroom stopped working in March of this year and had to be replaced and now one in lounge has stopped working, about 3 weeks ago, and has to be replaced. 2 new thermostats in a house that's only just over 2 years old. If it happens again I will change the make of both thermostats.

Easy purchase on website. Bought to upgrade old Heatmiser thermostats and have the facility to program/monitor temperature from our phones. I now know what the heating is doing and how long it is on for. Good graphs of each zone.

'Just the Job'
Element Shop were exemplary when I needed to speak with customer service to return an item.
The staff was so helpful, very polite & cheerful (make a refreshing change?)
The new item will be dropped of the same day the item (not needed) will be collected with minimal fuss.

Definitely an excellent price from Element Shop for a genuine Heatmiser product, cheapest I found? I'm used to using these thermostats as they have replaced my old TherM models, similar but with a few updates...just the job👍

They had the courtesy to telephone to warn of three days delay in despatch. The product arrived safely and as perfectly packaged as one might hope. The similar version we had in our previous house was excellent: I have yet install this one!
