'Complete lack of customer service'
My overnight delivery didn’t arrive. When I raised this with the shop their attitude was couldn’t care less. Male member of staff.

Unfortunately due to the fact that you entered the wrong postcode when ordering online, it meant that your delivery was actually sent out to the wrong address and we have since tried to correct this for you. You requested to cancel this yesterday after us arranging delivery to your new address - which we are happy to do and we have refunded you also.

'Web page update required. But very happy'
Very fast delivery of quality item. Good communications. However, they need to keep their web page up to date to show when an item has been superceded with an updated replacement
