'Perfect service'
I phoned to ask for advice which was freely given in a friendly manner. I placed the order soon after this conversation which was late afternoon. I was surprised and very pleased to find that my order would be delivered the next day, which it was. All present and correct. Brilliant!

'Overpriced postage, poor communication'
Charged £30 postage when cost is £30 and kept cancelling transaction

I have checked your order and can see my colleague had attempted to contact you regarding the delivery costs. I'm sorry you feel our shipping cost to the Isle of Man is overpriced. Unfortunately, we have to cover our shipping fee's outside of mainland UK.
