I found the process of ordering was straightforward and my order was delivered promptly. Fitting the heating pad was easy. The only thing that needed care was the positioning of the connection of the element which of course cannot be seen as it is nehind the mirrot.
Once fitted and connected to a wall light it works well and does the job requiring only a couple of minutes to clear the mirror.
No more misted mirror whilst shaving.
Very happy.

'Just what I needed'
Having been let down by a previous supplier of a manual thermostat, I decided to go for the programmable version from Element Shop. Excellent service and comms from them. Next day free delivery and Having wired it up works as designed. Highly recommended.
