'Slick Service'

Bought a replacement Heatmiser thermostat from Element that had been difficult to find in stock elsewhere. Competitive price and delivery service via DX was excellent. Would definitely use this company again should the need arise for a similar item.

Heatmiser neoStat-e Electric Thermostat (Platinum Silver) v2

Item was a replacement for an older Heatmiser thermostat that is no longer in production. However, newer model was very similar in size and fittings were exactly the same, so it was very simple to fit. Replacement now configured and working perfectly.

'Excellent service right the way through the purchase'

Provided me with sound help and advice and was also able to organise a discount for bulk items which is welcomed. The courier service is also worth mentioning who delivered on the day they said they would even though I knew he was having a bad day (delays).

Early days but so far I’m impressed with both how the device looks and the ease of setup. Some nice neat functions too (recipes).
Managed to get it configured in Apple HomeKit too without issue.

Easy to setup (if you understand how Wii fi networks operate when both 2.4 / 5ghz are not visible) Was a bit worried from all the negative comments on heatwise feedback but I personally had no issues…so far.
