'Fantastic service'
Under floor heating is not something that you buy everyday so making the right choice can appear to be a little daunting, so any help you can get is appreciated .
The staff at the Element Shop were great, despite the number of emails I sent asking various questions they always answered quickly with easy to understand information.
They were also the cheapest supplier of the Prowarm heating kit that I could find and the item was delivered the day after ordering.
