Always available by 'phone to answer any technical questions and when they say they will get back to you they actually do. Fast and free delivery. Refunded me for a faulty item without any quibble and collected the old unit F.O.C. Recommended for anyone thinking of installing underfloor heating.

Researched the item, sourced the item, ordered the item, received the item speedily and efficiently and fitted the item that was exactly as described and works perfectly. What more could I expect. I would deal with Element Shop again and will probably order another of the same very shortly to replace another zone valve that isn't as good quality as Honeywell.
