The Heatmiser neo Hub gateway G2 is the second generation gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control for all neoStats in your home, offering you a smarter way to control your heating from anywhere.

Heatmiser neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat's and neoPlug's from your iOS, Android and Windows 10 device.

The neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.

Can I control my heating if my internet connection fails?

Yes, you can control your heating from the thermostat keypad, but you will not be able to access your heating system remotely.

Is there a subscription fee for Neo?

No, there is no on-going fee. Neo is free to use and will be updated free of charge as enhancements are made to the service.

Drops out and does store the V2 thermostats well after set up it lose them all had to so it again

I purchased this to replace a 1st generation hub which had failed. The instructions do not make it at all clear that you have to reset every thermostat back to factory settings before you add them onto the new hub. Very frustrating morning but saved by Google and you tube demos.

Just moved into a new home and this hub is a game changer for controlling all the thermostats for the heating and hot water. Really easy to connect and set up. You can then connect to the hub via an app on your phone and apply profiles to all the thermostats or zones. The hub arrived the day after ordering, great service from Element shop and a good bit cheaper too.

Conection required me to download the app “Heatmiser Neo” plug in power and network cable, registration was easy, I then went around the house adding the thermostat, you can name them as well so you know where they all are, once complete setting program and temp was a doddle.
