Excellent product for controlling your heating via an app on your phone

The product is light weight and compact and comes with an easy install guide. I was able to successfully link it to my heating system in less than 10 minutes. Operating the app is also easy allowing for full heating control at the touch of a button.

I had this up and running minutes after arrival - incredibly easy to set up and so far has been very easy to use and works seamlessly with the existing system as an upgrade.

Excellent product, setup extremely fast and connected to all thermostats with ease. Instructions simple and effective. Makes it very easy to control the heating in all rooms in one place.

Item arrived speedily as notified. The neoHub is easy to set up. I already had three neostat ufh controllers which I had manually controlled. Slightly annoyingly, when I connected the Hub, the neostats seemed to lose their programming, so I had to re-program them, Maybe that was something I had done wrongly.

Drops out and does store the V2 thermostats well after set up it lose them all had to so it again

I had a little difficulty in setting up but once I understood how to do it correctly it was fine

I purchased this to replace a 1st generation hub which had failed. The instructions do not make it at all clear that you have to reset every thermostat back to factory settings before you add them onto the new hub. Very frustrating morning but saved by Google and you tube demos.
